This customer called us stating that when sitting in their dining room chairs they were sinking into the seats. After evaluation we found the seat springs lost their resiliency. To repair we added a layer of high density foam under the springs and built a subframe to support the springs. This brought the chairs back to the original condition. Actually improving the design for many more years of comfortable use.
