All service calls are billed at $150.00 labor per call. This is for up to 1 hour of service for
- Floor Repair/Floorboard replacement/Refurbishing**
- Door repair/replacement
- Drywall damages repairs/Painting
- Exterior damages
- Landscaping issues
** Prices of floors that do require refinishing depend on size of room.
Furniture Repair Rates
All service calls are billed at $80.00 per call. This is for up to 1 hour of service for unlimited amount of pieces. $40.00 for reports/inspections.

- Mechanism repair/replacement
- Upholstery cleaning/Steam extraction
